Our mission
I am committed to inclusive educational practices that foster belonging, respect, and high expectations for every learner. I believe in assuming competence, recognizing that communication, learning, and success can look different for every child. Rather than focusing on limitations, I work to identify strengths, remove barriers, and advocate for environments where students can thrive alongside their peers.
My approach is rooted in teaching and supporting the whole child. Academic success is important, but so are social-emotional well-being, relationships, independence, self-advocacy, and a sense of belonging. By partnering with families and educators, I strive to ensure that each child's educational experience reflects their individual needs, celebrates their unique identity, and prepares them for a meaningful and fulfilling future.
